- Lead and evolve the cloud data platform for North Asia and SEAA regions, ensuring readiness for advanced analytics and digital product support.
- Strategically build governed, scalable, and cost-efficient data platform capabilities, enhancing onboarding speed, reliability, and security.
- Own and implement data platform architecture and patterns, including Lakehouse architecture.
- Build and operate secure, reliable data pipelines and data contracts for source onboarding and interoperability.
- Implement governance and data quality measures at scale, including metadata management, schema evolution, and automated testing.
- Manage small technical teams to deliver outcomes for divisions and markets.
- Represent the data platform in governance forums and partner with Data Enablement & Activation teams.
- Embed security and privacy by design, ensuring compliance with access controls, encryption, and audit readiness.
- Drive standards and reusability across platform users and developers.
- Collaborate with external providers to develop roadmaps and evaluate new capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data management, CRM, analytics, strategy, or program management.
- Hands-on expertise with Databricks workloads and Microsoft Fabric.
- Proven experience with cloud-based Lakehouse architectures and data pipelines.
- Understanding of DevOps principles applied to cloud data platforms.
- Governance-first mindset with a focus on data quality and compliance.
- Security by design approach with knowledge of encryption and access controls.
- FinOps acumen for cost efficiency and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
- Expertise in cloud-based data architecture and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices for data platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage and lead technical teams effectively.
A minimum of 7 years in data management, CRM, analytics, strategy, or program management, with hands-on experience in Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
