1. Act as a brand ambassador and business leader, delivering extraordinary experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Coach and inspire the team on the selling floor to deliver an elevated client experience.

4. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel savoir faire, product details, and service delivery.
5. Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators.
6. Develop the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events.
7. Equip the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lb.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong leadership and team development abilities.
2. Passion for client experience and luxury fashion.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A minimum of five years in a related role, demonstrating leadership and client development skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 to $110,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
