1. Conduct formulation trials focusing on texture and color range, including associated controls, analyses, and test requests.
2. Lead project management efforts, coordinating with R&D stakeholders and project teams.
3. Participate in laboratory operations, ensuring quality, safety, hygiene, logistics, and equipment management.
4. Monitor raw materials and propose new makeup formulation avenues.
5. Perform studies on identified issues, including trial plans, reporting, and result presentations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics, or a related field.
2. At least one year of experience in makeup formulation.

1. Strong interest in cosmetic makeup products and laboratory work.
2. Proficiency in manufacturing processes and product sensoriality and color.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Attention to detail and precision.

A minimum of one year of experience in makeup formulation is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics, or a related field.
