Chanel Makeup Product Manager

- Define and implement the local makeup marketing and investment strategy in collaboration with the marketing manager.
- Ensure alignment of campaign launches with budget plans.

- Execute marketing plans for new products.
- Prepare and present new product launch plans to teams and points of sale.
- Set up campaign strategies and objectives.
- Develop annual sampling and gift plans.
- Manage all aspects of local development, including print production, POS materials, and special events.
- Analyze campaign reports and devise action plans.
- Control campaign budgets, including expenses and promotional costs.
- Oversee forecast and inventory management of makeup products.
- Support major makeup events, such as shows and in-counter events.
- Analyze and report on makeup market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Support main budget cycles with necessary reports and strategic insights.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge of consumer goods marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Korean.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of timeline.
- Proactive and creative mindset.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetics marketing, with expertise in project management, market research, and analysis.
Bachelor's degree
