5. Conduct brand training to cultivate brand ambassadors and boost client engagement.
6. Lead events in key stores across the region, offering clients elevated skincare diagnosis and makeup application.
7. Educate Chanel Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, selling skills, and advanced artistry techniques.
8. Develop influential relationships with staff and retail partners to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales objectives.

Previous experience in luxury beauty or fashion retail environments is required.

Certification in makeup artistry or related field is preferred.
