1. Deliver bespoke make‑up consultations and professional application services for clients in a high‑end department store environment (Galeries Lafayette Haussmann).
2. Recommend and sell Chanel beauty products to achieve individual and boutique sales targets, converting consultations into purchases.
3. Manage client appointments and build long‑term relationships through personalised follow‑up and clienteling activities.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, stock presentation and replenishment in line with Chanel visual guidelines.
5. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation and safety protocols for all treatments and product demonstrations.
6. Stay current with product launches, brand training and technical masterclasses; represent the brand at in‑store events and launches.
7. Collaborate with store management, merchandising and broader boutique teams to optimise customer experience and boutique performance.
8. Record sales and client data accurately in the store CRM/POS and comply with administrative procedures.

1. Professional qualification in cosmetology, makeup artistry, or equivalent vocational training.
2. Demonstrable knowledge of luxury cosmetics, skin care and make‑up application techniques.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong aptitude for client advisory and relationship building.
4. Fluent verbal communication skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
5. Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.
