1. Create a unique and personalized Chanel experience for each client in the boutique.
2. Welcome clients and guide them through an exceptional in-store journey.
3. Deliver a warm, bespoke experience to every client, nurturing their desire for Chanel.
4. Conduct tailored beauty services for clients.
5. Develop and maintain a client database to ensure continued engagement beyond the boutique visit.
6. Stay informed about Chanel's digital strategy and market trends to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
7. Co-manage the boutique's presentation in accordance with established guidelines.
8. Occasionally participate in press or internal events for the brand.
9. Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets through various channels.
10. Contribute to the point of sale's animation and act as an influencer within the team.
11. Propose and implement creative action plans to meet objectives.
12. Possess a thorough understanding of various procedures.
13. Share best practices with the team, fostering a dynamic and knowledgeable environment.

1. Professional experience in sales and a passion for the Fragrance and Beauty sector.
2. Diploma in Makeup Artistry or 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist.

3. Strong performance and challenge-driven mindset.
4. Sensitivity to fashion and intercultural openness.
5. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist or equivalent professional background.

Diploma in Makeup Artistry or equivalent experience.
