1. Create a bespoke Chanel experience for each client within the boutique.
2. Welcome clients and guide them through a personalized journey in the boutique.
3. Deliver an ultimate, warm, and tailored experience to every client.
4. Cultivate clients' desire and dream for Chanel by combining storytelling with a deep knowledge of the brand, its heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
5. Provide customized services to clients.
6. Develop and maintain a client database to ensure continued engagement with Chanel beyond the boutique visit.
7. Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to offer a seamless omnichannel experience.
8. Co-manage the boutique's upkeep in accordance with established guidelines.
9. Occasionally participate in press or internal events for the Maison.
10. Contribute to Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets using all available resources (products, services, data capture, etc.).
11. Participate in the animation of the point of sale.
12. Act as an influencer within the team.
13. Propose and creatively implement action plans to achieve various objectives.
14. Possess adequate knowledge of various procedures.
15. Share best practices with the team, be dynamic, and contribute to collective knowledge and skills.

1. Professional experience in sales and a passion for the Perfumes and Beauty universe.
2. Diploma in Makeup Artistry or 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and a penchant for teamwork.
2. Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills in a constantly evolving environment.
3. Strong performance and challenge-oriented mindset.
4. Sensitivity to fashion and intercultural openness.
5. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Makeup Artist or equivalent professional experience in the beauty industry.

Diploma in Makeup Artistry or equivalent experience.
