1. Deliver personalised, consultative beauty and fragrance consultations to a discerning luxury clientele, converting interactions into sales while building long-term relationships.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through targeted clienteling and follow-up.
3. Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to recommend solutions tailored to client needs and occasions.
4. Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, visual presentation, stock replenishment, hygiene and sample management in line with brand guidelines.
5. Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately, manage gifts-with-purchase and maintain client records in the CRM.
6. Participate in training, product launches and promotional initiatives; provide feedback from clients to boutique management.

1. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
2. Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
3. Impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanour and attention to detail consistent with a luxury brand.
4. Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.
5. Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; ability to operate a POS system reliably.

High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry or beauty therapy preferred.
