Chanel Makeup & Skincare Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Deliver distinguished, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
2. Perform makeup application, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to educate and convert clients.
3. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
4. Maintain boutique standards of presentation, merchandising and stock management in line with Chanel visual directives.
5. Operate point-of-sale systems, manage transactions and support daily administrative tasks.
6. Participate in product launches, in-store events and mandatory training sessions as part of the alternance programme.

1. Eligible for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract and enrolled in an accredited vocational or higher education programme in cosmetics, beauty, retail or a related discipline.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented demeanour and high standards of professional grooming.
3. Availability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
4. Fluent French strongly preferred for client-facing duties.

Entry-level position; previous retail or beauty experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable customer-facing experience will be considered a plus.

Enrolment in a recognised vocational or higher education programme (BTS, vocational diploma or equivalent) in cosmetics, beauty, retail or a related field as required for an alternance contract.
