1. Supervise the London/Croydon Maintenance team and operations, ensuring high standards of work and compliance.
2. Conduct inspections and tests on various building services and equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks.
3. Visit all Chanel locations to assess work standards of engineers and contractors, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance paperwork is up-to-date.
4. Support Maintenance Managers in the efficient management of the Maintenance department.
5. Mentor and guide Maintenance Engineers, chair team meetings, and provide one-on-one guidance as necessary.
6. Drive the team to achieve targets, complete requests promptly, and keep all relevant parties informed of task progress.
7. Provide expertise and advice to the maintenance team, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and authorities.
8. Ensure the latest procedures are updated and communicated to the team.
9. Share relevant information with other departments while maintaining reliability, support, and flexibility.

1. Understanding of building maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.

1. Excellent time management skills.
2. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to liaise at all business levels.
3. Highly self-motivated and directed.

Experience in supervising maintenance teams and operations within a luxury or high-end environment is preferred.
