1. Conduct test and inspection of various building services and equipment at London sites.
2. Perform routine and general maintenance tasks, including electrical work, decorating, plumbing, and carpentry.
3. Provide maintenance support to the Croydon Distribution Centre and other locations as required.
4. Inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems, including fire alarms and emergency lighting.
5. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and complete necessary documentation.

1. Basic knowledge of building maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and decorating.
2. Basic mechanical skills for fault finding, repair, and adjustment of machinery.
3. Knowledge of electrical services and equipment.

1. Good communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
2. Self-motivated and organized with a flexible approach to work.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in manual work, including some heavy lifting, is required.
