1. Oversee daily and preventive maintenance across designated boutiques, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
2. Conduct regular site visits to assess store conditions and verify completion of maintenance tasks.
3. Collect and evaluate maintenance requests, assess urgency, and propose actionable solutions.
4. Coordinate corrective actions with contractors and internal stakeholders.
5. Support the team in preparing invoicing and coordinate payments.
6. Plan, schedule, and monitor recurring maintenance services, including pest control and deep cleaning.
7. Ensure compliance with internal standards, brand guidelines, and mall requirements.
8. Track service reports, update maintenance logs, and identify performance issues with service providers.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and prepare regular updates for management.

1. Educational background in Architecture or a related field.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Photoshop or SketchUp is an advantage.
3. Previous experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related role is preferred.
4. Familiarity with basic technical trades such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is a plus.
5. Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
