1. Execute the established preventive maintenance program for warehouse facilities with diligence.
2. Ensure routine inspection, review, and maintenance of all equipment, systems, and infrastructure to prevent unexpected breakdowns and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Identify areas for improvement in maintenance and facility conservation procedures.
4. Coordinate and participate in routine and special cleaning projects within the warehouse.
5. Support the facilities team to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
6. Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff regarding maintenance and cleaning needs.
7. Adhere to established safety controls in accordance with the BASC management system.

1. Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related fields.
