Chanel Maintenance & Facility Coordinator

1. Monitor and manage maintenance activities across Italian boutiques.
2. Utilize technical software such as AutoCAD for analysis and updating of floor plans and layouts.
3. Support in drafting and managing orders, contracts, and administrative documentation in coordination with the Finance team.
4. Supervise and coordinate technical interventions, ensuring rapid response times and high-quality standards.
5. Directly liaise with the General Manager and Boutique Director to gather requirements, manage priorities, and plan interventions.
6. Manage suppliers and external consultants, ensuring compliance with SLAs, budgets, and company procedures.
7. Analyze KPIs and propose solutions for process and cost efficiency.
8. Travel monthly within the national territory for site inspections and follow-up on work.

1. Degree preferably in Engineering and/or Landscape Architecture.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
2. Ability to independently manage activities and organize work effectively.
3. Skill in planning and meeting deadlines.
4. Precision, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Proactivity and problem-solving orientation.
6. Ability to work in dynamic environments and under pressure.
7. Good command of written and spoken English.

Experience in facility management or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
