Chanel Logistics Coordinator Intern

1. Serve as the primary contact for couriers and transporters for shipment transfers, including both reception and delivery, in coordination with Chanel's transport service.
2. Initiate shipment and pick-up requests following quality control validation and invoice completion.
3. Open all incoming parcels in compliance with established security procedures.
4. Order and organize consumables and supplies upon receipt.
5. Act as the point of contact for the M10 engraving machine project, including conducting tests and updating existing operational procedures.

1. Completed or ongoing Bac+2 (BTS in logistics, management, administration, or equivalent).
2. Prior experience in logistics, administrative management, or after-sales service is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Familiarity with Power BI is appreciated.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Adaptability and teamwork skills.
5. Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in logistics, administrative management, or after-sales service is beneficial.

Bac+2 in logistics, management, administration, or equivalent.
