1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Atelier, welcoming internal clients and managing the intake and labeling of garments from boutiques and B2B channels.
2. Streamline atelier operations by identifying and implementing solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
3. Communicate effectively with internal clients and boutiques to ensure seamless operations.
4. Manage product flow, including order opening, labeling, and relaying order information such as urgencies and priorities to the atelier team.
5. Maintain and optimize stock storage space, ensuring orderly organization.
6. Prepare and oversee product transfers between the Atelier and boutiques, ensuring quality control before dispatch.
7. Facilitate collaboration by sharing information within the Atelier and between the Atelier and boutiques.

1. BTS or Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

1. Strong interest in luxury industry challenges, communication, customer experience, and sustainability.
2. Agility and flexibility with a preference for startup-like environments.
3. Autonomy and adaptability to change and innovation.
4. Operational focus with a proactive approach.
5. Reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
6. Curiosity and strong interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel.

Demonstrated interest or experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields, preferably within the luxury sector.

BTS or Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
