1. Manage all client shipments for Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry product lines.
2. Oversee the reception, inspection, and preparation of shipments.
3. Handle export documentation in collaboration with Cashier and Accounting departments.
4. Serve as the primary contact for all French boutiques regarding PCE-related matters, providing direct support to sales staff and managers.
5. Manage relationships with external service providers, including transporters.
6. Participate in training and guiding boutique teams on shipment processes.
7. Alert management on compliance issues.
8. Actively engage in sustainability initiatives.
9. Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for 19 Mode France operations.
10. Collaborate on service development projects and contribute to regular progress reporting to management.
11. Design presentations for various committees related to 19 Mode France.
12. Propose and implement process improvements and enhance network practices.

1. Significant experience in retail, operations, and/or project management.
