1. Develop new lip makeup formulations in response to project briefs.
2. Conduct formulation trials, including texture and shade range, and perform associated controls, analyses, and test requests.
3. Ensure the industrialization of formulas by identifying process risks and conducting complementary trials, validating operational methods in collaboration with pilot teams.
4. Conduct studies on identified development issues, including trial planning, reporting, and result presentation.
5. Contribute to laboratory operations, including quality, safety, hygiene, logistics, and equipment management.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Cosmetics (Bac +2/3).
2. Significant experience in makeup formulation, particularly in lip product textures and shades.
3. Strong knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes.

Significant experience in the formulation of makeup products, with a focus on lip textures and shades.
