- Conduct market research on lip products such as lipsticks, glosses, and stains.
- Identify and test new raw materials specific to lip textures.
- Formulate prototypes and monitor their physicochemical stability.
- Evaluate product performance in terms of color, durability, and comfort, and interpret the results.
- Propose improvements or innovative solutions for product development.
- Advanced degree in chemistry, physical chemistry, or formulation.
- Strong scientific curiosity and passion for cosmetics.
- Rigorous, creative, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in cosmetics and formulation is essential.
