1. Conduct market research on lip products such as lipsticks, glosses, and stains.
2. Identify and test new raw materials specific to lip textures.
3. Formulate prototypes and monitor their physicochemical stability.
4. Evaluate product performance in terms of color, durability, and comfort, and interpret the results.
5. Propose improvements or innovative solutions for product development.

1. Advanced degree in chemistry, physical chemistry, or formulation.
