1. Draft, analyze, negotiate, and monitor various commercial contracts in both French and English, including indirect procurement contracts and confidentiality agreements.
2. Assist in drafting real estate legal documents such as leases, sublease agreements, termination protocols, and notices.
3. Prepare legal correspondence, memos, meeting summaries, and other documentation.
4. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external operational and commercial stakeholders.
5. Conduct legal research and maintain legal vigilance.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.
7. Provide assistance on various other matters within the department.

1. Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (internship, professional contract, etc.).
3. Proficiency in real estate law, contract law, and/or commercial law.

5. Fluency in English is essential.

Previous experience in a legal setting, either in a law firm or a corporate legal department, is required.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
