1. Support the global Privacy team for 6 months and the Investigations team for another 6 months.
2. Assist in delivering a global employee awareness and learning campaign, including creating communication assets such as posters and videos.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and experts across various teams, including Communications, People & Organisation, and Legal.
4. Prepare presentations, learning, and engagement tools, and conduct trainings.
5. Draft and implement global policies, procedures, precedent documents, and guidance related to investigations and compliance.
6. Maintain and manage Chanel’s global investigations programme, coordinating policy reviews and updates.
7. Manage and maintain Chanel’s investigations tool and precedents, and coordinate projects and initiatives.
8. Support the global privacy team in deploying Privacy at Chanel, including rolling out privacy policies and procedures.
9. Coordinate data mapping and data subject request procedures, and manage the privacy tool (One Trust).
10. Develop regulatory risk assessments and templates, and create privacy training materials.
11. Coordinate privacy projects and assessments, and provide ad hoc support for corporate and legal operations.

1. Background in legal, communications, and/or project management, educated to undergraduate level or higher.

1. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
2. Proficient writing, presentation, and project management skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
4. Strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and functions.
5. Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple communications and requests efficiently.

No specific experience required, but a legal, communications, or project management background is preferred.

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
