Chanel Legal Intern - IT and Digital Contracts

1. Draft, analyze, negotiate, and manage IT and digital contracts, including licenses, maintenance, SaaS, integration, consulting, website development, confidentiality agreements, and tenders.
2. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies.
3. Draft legal correspondence, memos, and meeting notes.
4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support project management.
5. Conduct legal research and maintain awareness of legal developments.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.

1. Master's degree in Law (Bac+5) with a focus on IT contract law, intellectual property, and digital law.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, particularly in IT contract negotiation.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented.
4. Fluency in English is essential.

A successful initial experience in IT contract law and negotiation, either through internships or professional training.

Master's degree in Law (Bac+5).
