1. Support the legal team in various areas of law, including data protection, compliance, and contract drafting.
2. Conduct legal research and draft memos on regulatory topics relevant to the luxury industry.
3. Assist in the contract lifecycle management using the internal platform, including filing and renewals.
4. Collaborate with international teams on intellectual property, compliance, and information security matters.
5. Participate in cross-functional meetings and internal presentations.
6. Maintain legislative tracking and perform other legal tasks as needed.

1. Law degree from a Quebec university.
2. Eligibility for the Bar internship.
3. Successful completion of the Bar School exam.
4. Experience in a legal environment, either in private practice or in-house, is an asset.
5. Dual degree in civil law and common law is a significant advantage.

1. Strong legal research and memo drafting capabilities.
2. Critical thinking skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in a legal setting, either in a law firm or corporate environment, is advantageous.

Law degree from a Quebec university.
