1. Conduct investigations into counterfeit and parallel online offerings.
2. Monitor online platforms and social media for brand protection.
3. Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts across the EMEA region and globally combat parallel markets.
4. Analyze and optimize data, and track reporting on anti-counterfeiting and parallel market actions.
5. Support team activities and conduct legal research.

1. Advanced degree in law (equivalent to Bac+5).
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in Intellectual Property.
3. Knowledge of distribution law is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical and evaluative skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple communication channels and incoming requests.
4. Team-oriented with proficiency in both English and French.
5. Competence in Internet Law, Intellectual Property, and Distribution Law.

A successful initial experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally within Intellectual Property.

Advanced law degree (Bac+5 equivalent).
