- Master and preserve the artisanal craftsmanship of Chanel's leather goods to ensure products meet expected quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams in Industrialization and Continuous Improvement, as well as with external producers.
- Promote a culture of Chanel's Savoir-Faire among various partners.
- Implement and ensure adherence to best manufacturing practices throughout the production process.
- Monitor product quality and analyze root causes of issues, contributing to corrective plans during production.
- Implement and track performance indicators for suppliers and manufacturers, sharing reports with the Leather Goods Quality Manager.
- Drive performance and improvement of indicators, defining action plans for continuous improvement.
- Support the development and enhancement of partners' quality systems through audits, committees, and mapping.
- Share reports, indicators, and follow-ups with Distribution Centers and the Leather Accessories Operations Quality Project Manager.
- Handle products with utmost care to raise awareness among producers about the expected level of quality.
- Exemplify Chanel's standards and rigor during site visits.
- Experience in leather goods manufacturing techniques and knowledge of various materials such as leather and fabrics.
- 5-7 years of experience in the leather goods sector with a strong understanding of artisanal processes.
- Background in leather goods industrialization.
- Analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ability to implement performance indicators and monitor their evolution.
- Proficiency in MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage all stakeholders towards a common goal.
- Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability and negotiation skills.
5-7 years of experience in the leather goods sector with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
