- Coordinate and implement training programs within the boutique.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions dedicated to collections and onboarding of new hires.
- Adapt training content to meet the needs of boutiques based on feedback from managers and sales teams.
- Collect feedback from the boutique and share insights with the Fashion Training Team in Italy.
- Define a training plan for resources in collaboration with Sales Managers.
- Organize and schedule a training calendar for each boutique.
- Participate in the development of individual action plans to enhance customer experience in the boutique.
- Ensure the development of strategic projects.
- Conduct training sessions within the boutique and promote the use of digital tools for training.
- Support boutique specialists in enriching and co-facilitating training sessions and morning briefings.
- Organize the integration of new resources.
- Monitor and support the team on the floor to ensure training effectiveness and organize individual coaching sessions.
- Perform regular qualitative and quantitative reporting of activities at the boutique and Italian training team level, developing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of actions.
- Coordinate the Trainer Ambassadors of the boutiques.
- Participate in the Boutique Executive Committee, Fashion Training Team meetings, and Train the Trainer sessions on new training content.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, preferably as a trainer.
- Experience in coaching is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to combine operational work with strategic vision and a strong results orientation.
- Natural leadership and strong listening skills.
- Keen observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork abilities.
- Sensitivity to customer experience and a multicultural approach.
- Proficiency in English and digital tools.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, with a preference for experience in training roles.
