1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with Chanel's business objectives.
2. Ensure strategic alignment of the Training department with Chanel’s business goals.
3. Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
4. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
5. Train internal and external stakeholders on all Chanel products and new offerings.
6. Identify and assess future and current training needs with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Prepare individual training plans for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Implement the annual training plan and calendar in collaboration with the Iberia Team.
9. Oversee the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
10. Develop new educational tools, training sessions, workshops and adapt them to the needs of each stakeholder.
11. Develop content for various e-learning platforms and implement the e-learning plan by creating and executing an optimal strategy.
12. Prepare and manage the annual training budget ensuring that the budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are controlled.
13. Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI.
14. Analyze training metrics and feedback to report on the impact of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

1. BS degree in Education or another relevant field such as Management.
2. Proven experience applying makeup and skincare techniques.
3. Previous working experience in training as a Training Manager for at least 5 years.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
4. Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), with Spanish being desirable.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized with the capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
6. Decision-making and priorities management.
7. Teamwork and agile methodologies.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a training management role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry.

BS degree in Education or another relevant field such as Management.
