- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with Chanel's business objectives.
- Ensure strategic alignment of the Training department with Chanel’s business goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Train internal and external stakeholders on all Chanel products and new offerings.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare individual training plans for internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement the annual training plan and calendar in collaboration with the Iberia Team.
- Oversee the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Develop new educational tools, training sessions, workshops and adapt them to the needs of each stakeholder.
- Develop content for various e-learning platforms and implement the e-learning plan by creating and executing an optimal strategy.
- Prepare and manage the annual training budget ensuring that the budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are controlled.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI.
- Analyze training metrics and feedback to report on the impact of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- BS degree in Education or another relevant field such as Management.
- Proven experience applying makeup and skincare techniques.
- Previous working experience in training as a Training Manager for at least 5 years.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), with Spanish being desirable.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized with the capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Decision-making and priorities management.
- Teamwork and agile methodologies.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a training management role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry.
BS degree in Education or another relevant field such as Management.
