Chanel Learning Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with Chanel's business objectives.
- Ensure strategic alignment of the Training department with Chanel’s overarching goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Train internal and external stakeholders on Chanel products and services, ensuring adherence to Customer Experience guidelines.
- Identify and assess current and future training needs with stakeholders.
- Prepare individual training plans for stakeholders.
- Implement the annual training plan and calendar in collaboration with the Iberia team.
- Maintain an understanding of market trends, developments, and best practices, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Oversee logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Develop new educational tools, training sessions, and workshops tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Create content for e-learning platforms and implement an e-learning strategy.
- Prepare and manage the annual training budget, ensuring cost control.
- Manage HQ stakeholders to ensure local implementation of global strategy.
- Prepare training reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI.
- Analyze training metrics and feedback to report on the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements.
- BS degree in Education or a relevant field such as Management.
- Proven experience in training as a Training Manager for at least 5 years.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Availability to travel with a personal vehicle.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Decision-making and priority management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe.
At least 5 years of experience as a Training Manager, with proven expertise in makeup and skincare techniques.
BS degree in Education or a relevant field such as Management.
