1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with Chanel's business objectives.
2. Ensure strategic alignment of the Training department with Chanel’s overarching goals.
3. Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
4. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
5. Train internal and external stakeholders on Chanel products and services, ensuring adherence to Customer Experience guidelines.
6. Identify and assess current and future training needs with stakeholders.
7. Prepare individual training plans for stakeholders.
8. Implement the annual training plan and calendar in collaboration with the Iberia team.
9. Maintain an understanding of market trends, developments, and best practices, sharing insights with stakeholders.
10. Oversee logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
11. Develop new educational tools, training sessions, and workshops tailored to stakeholder needs.
12. Create content for e-learning platforms and implement an e-learning strategy.
13. Prepare and manage the annual training budget, ensuring cost control.
14. Manage HQ stakeholders to ensure local implementation of global strategy.
15. Prepare training reports and presentations for stakeholders.
16. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI.
17. Analyze training metrics and feedback to report on the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements.

1. BS degree in Education or a relevant field such as Management.
2. Proven experience in training as a Training Manager for at least 5 years.
3. Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (spoken and written).
4. Availability to travel with a personal vehicle.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe.

At least 5 years of experience as a Training Manager, with proven expertise in makeup and skincare techniques.

BS degree in Education or a relevant field such as Management.
