- Define and execute the training strategy for the Dubai Mall Fashion boutique.
- Deliver organized and impactful training sessions in alignment with the Fashion Learning and Style Expertise Manager.
- Prepare and conduct collection trainings, client experience training, and briefings.
- Propose, agree, and organize a training calendar for novelties and other boutique needs.
- Identify subject matter experts within the boutique to enhance training sessions.
- Adapt training content based on boutique needs and management communication.
- Ensure training content is engaging and business-driven.
- Coach Fashion Advisors and other roles on the boutique floor.
- Create client experience action plans using coaching as a business lever.
- Support a culture of coaching and feedback within the boutique.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Middle East & Paris Training Manager, Boutique Management, and HR.
- Follow the new starter process with new joiners and ensure pre-work completion before training sessions.
- Conduct refresher training and follow-ups to embed action plans and ensure training comprehension.
- Share regular qualitative and quantitative reporting with the Middle East Training Manager and establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness.
- Significant experience in a dedicated training role.

- Proficiency in Arabic, Tagalog, or Chinese is advantageous.
Significant experience in a dedicated training role within the fashion industry.
