Chanel Learning Assistant — Fashion (Apprenticeship)

- Support the design, localization and delivery of learning programmes for the French fashion market, including e‑learning and classroom sessions.
- Administer the learning management system (LMS): enrolments, reporting, user support and content uploads.
- Coordinate logistics for training events — scheduling, venue booking, participant communication and material preparation.
- Produce and update training materials, presentations and participant guides; assist with translation and cultural adaptation for the French market.
- Monitor attendance and learning metrics; prepare regular reports and dashboards for L&D stakeholders.
- Liaise with HR, store leadership and external vendors to ensure alignment of training initiatives with operational needs.
- Contribute to onboarding activities and ad hoc L&D projects or pilot programmes.
- Enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship programme (BTS, Licence professionnelle, Master or equivalent) in HR, Learning & Development, Fashion Business, Communication or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional command of French and operational proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and strong editorial skills for producing learner-facing materials.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external training partners.
