1. Manage and deliver specialized blended learning experiences for complex products or services, including virtual and face-to-face learning sessions.
2. Facilitate community management and content curation to ensure learner adoption and accuracy.
3. Build strong rapport with in-store colleagues to enhance their confidence.
4. Serve as a point of contact for boutique staff regarding product and sales inquiries.
5. Coordinate with senior colleagues to assess and plan sales learning needs within the geographical area.
6. Contribute expertise to the development and updating of blended learning and educational assets and experiences, as well as company policy.

1. University degree in Learning and Development, Sales, Training, or comparable education/work experience.
