1. Lead the strategic development of innovative online and offline learning programs, focusing on high-value content and tailored blended learning paths.
2. Oversee the deployment of learning programs through digital platforms in collaboration with the Export Digital Learning Manager.
3. Define and structure Learning Travel Retail and Local Markets Export strategies aligned with business priorities and Chanel's brand image.
4. Design engaging, comprehensive, and blended learning journeys with a multicultural, client-centric approach.
5. Guide and empower Export Local Ambassadors to embrace new learning methodologies and technologies.
6. Lead large-scale pedagogical transformation projects.
7. Curate and adapt assets designed by Division and Europe to be relevant to the Travel Retail environment.
8. Ensure pedagogical, editorial, and visual coherence with Chanel's brand image.
9. Coordinate internal and external contributors for content production and localization.
10. Define and track learning KPIs and platform analytics to evaluate engagement and improve learning experiences.
11. Act as a key point of contact and internal referent for Export Learning projects.
12. Lead digital cultural acceleration with community management.
13. Manage the Digital Learning Manager.

1. Proven experience (7+ years) in Learning & Development, preferably in an international and multicultural environment.

1. Strategic and innovative thinking with a hands-on approach.
2. Strong communication and influencing skills.
3. Ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
4. Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
