2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
4. Maintain training records and prepare reports for management review.
5. Support the development of training materials and resources.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills.

2. Proficiency in learning management systems and training software.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role, with a focus on luxury retail or fashion.
