- Lead the end-to-end Imagine CHANEL Leadership (ICL) 2026 program, including project management and communications.
- Partner with the Events lead for logistics and event management related to the program.
- Design and develop program content, including contracting and preparing external and internal speakers.
- Deliver and potentially MC the program, and evaluate its impact through feedback and surveys.
- Lead post-program virtual ICL Activation sessions with program alumni.
- Manage the global ICP ecosystem of learning solutions for People Managers, including design and delivery of virtual modules and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Oversee external vendors for program delivery and content optimization.
- Lead the delivery of the 'Manager as Coach' Program, including vendor management and pilot completion.
- Design and launch the pilot of the global ICP Cohort program.
- Manage plan and budget for all programs and report on ICP impact.
- Support the design and delivery of Leadership Collective initiatives.
- Contribute to Imagine Chanel Committee meetings and collaborate with other Global Centers of Excellence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, from strategy to evaluation.
- Experience in instructional learning design and managing multiple projects.
- Confidence in facilitating groups both in-person and virtually.
- Strong listening and influencing skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with a strategic and pragmatic approach.
- Experience in a matrix organization, preferably with a global scope.
- Experience managing external vendors and partners.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in leadership.
- Comfortable with technology as a learning enhancer.
