1. Lead the end-to-end Imagine CHANEL Leadership (ICL) 2026 program, including project management and communications.
2. Partner with the Events lead for logistics and event management related to the program.
3. Design and develop program content, including contracting and preparing external and internal speakers.
4. Deliver and potentially MC the program, and evaluate its impact through feedback and surveys.
5. Lead post-program virtual ICL Activation sessions with program alumni.
6. Manage the global ICP ecosystem of learning solutions for People Managers, including design and delivery of virtual modules and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
7. Oversee external vendors for program delivery and content optimization.
8. Lead the delivery of the 'Manager as Coach' Program, including vendor management and pilot completion.
9. Design and launch the pilot of the global ICP Cohort program.
10. Manage plan and budget for all programs and report on ICP impact.
11. Support the design and delivery of Leadership Collective initiatives.
12. Contribute to Imagine Chanel Committee meetings and collaborate with other Global Centers of Excellence.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, from strategy to evaluation.
2. Experience in instructional learning design and managing multiple projects.
3. Confidence in facilitating groups both in-person and virtually.
4. Strong listening and influencing skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
5. Attention to detail with a strategic and pragmatic approach.
6. Experience in a matrix organization, preferably with a global scope.
7. Experience managing external vendors and partners.
8. Knowledge of emerging trends in leadership.
9. Comfortable with technology as a learning enhancer.
