1. Develop and execute a comprehensive Global Change Management strategy aligned with ERP implementation phases.
2. Collaborate with Regional Change teams to ensure the successful adoption of the D365 Global Core Model.
3. Define and manage a detailed change roadmap, including milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
4. Implement a Change Network Strategy by Region, enabling Change Agents to champion initiatives.
5. Conduct Change Impact Assessments to evaluate the effects of ERP implementation on organizational structures.
6. Support Regions in delivering targeted Change Interventions, such as workshops and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
7. Develop user-centric adoption strategies and robust user training plans.
8. Establish metrics to measure user adoption and proficiency, refining strategies based on data insights.
9. Equip leaders and the Change Network with tools and messaging to sustain the ERP change effort.
10. Create mechanisms to sustain change post-go-live, including ongoing training and communication.
11. Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and inform continuous improvement.

1. Proven experience in strategic change management within a global, multicultural environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and ambiguity effectively.
3. Strong organizational skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

3. Proficiency in English; French language skills are advantageous.
