1. Supervise all quality control stages from raw materials to finished products to ensure compliance.
2. Coordinate laboratory activities, ensuring traceability and prioritization of controls based on production needs.
3. Monitor and manage laboratory performance KPIs.
4. Lead and develop a team of 16, proposing and tracking training plans and prioritizing workload.
5. Implement and enforce quality procedures and standards, collaborating with Quality Assurance and expert laboratories.
6. Participate in the development and implementation of new control methods and propose improvements.
7. Collaborate closely with R&D, production, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure product compliance.
8. Detect, analyze, and address non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and participate in audits.

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Process Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
2. Proven management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
3. Strong analytical, physicochemical, and microbiological knowledge.
4. Expertise in quality, safety, and hygiene regulations and GMP processes.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability to different stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
6. Ability to maintain high quality standards with creativity and rigor.

Proven experience in a laboratory management role within the beauty or related industry, with a focus on quality control and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Process Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
