Chanel Laboratory Manager

- Supervise all quality control stages from raw materials to finished products to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate laboratory activities, ensuring traceability and prioritization of controls based on production needs.
- Monitor and manage laboratory performance KPIs.
- Lead and develop a team of 16, proposing and tracking training plans and prioritizing workload.
- Implement and enforce quality procedures and standards, collaborating with Quality Assurance and expert laboratories.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new control methods and propose improvements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, production, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure product compliance.
- Detect, analyze, and address non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and participate in audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Process Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Proven management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical, physicochemical, and microbiological knowledge.
- Expertise in quality, safety, and hygiene regulations and GMP processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability to different stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.

Proven experience in a laboratory management role within the beauty or related industry, with a focus on quality control and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Process Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
