- Plan, develop, and analyze annual and monthly sales targets in collaboration with the S&OP area to align with market demand, growth, and inventory levels.
- Participate in defining the commercial plan and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales and promotion strategies.
- Negotiate annual and monthly sales plans with department store retail buyers, ensuring alignment with Sell In sales targets.
- Define purchase plans based on previous results, annual plans, and inventory turnover.
- Determine requirements for new product launches and negotiate with retail buyers.
- Plan and control annual and monthly open-to-buy in conjunction with department stores, ensuring alignment with objectives and KPI follow-up.
- Evaluate and propose promotional action plans to increase Sell Out and ensure department store Sell In targets are met.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Team to define and analyze the impact of promotional actions.
- Register new products and update prices in department store portals.
- Maintain strong relationships with department store purchasing teams and present new products.
- Monitor the execution of monthly purchasing plans and resolve specific issues with Trade Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commercial Relations.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Organized team player with solid interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong collaborative working relationships.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in commercial strategy planning, distribution channels, market knowledge, promotion, advanced Excel, reporting, and information analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commercial Relations.
