- Develop and adapt skincare strategies tailored to the local market in collaboration with the Group Product Manager.
- Maximize and orchestrate 360° omnichannel campaigns in partnership with Sales, Client Experience, Merchandising, Media, Digital, CRM, PR, Training, and Retail departments.
- Create and present business analyses to evaluate market potential and campaign success.
- Identify growth opportunities and trends based on market and competitive analyses.
- Track campaign performance and derive corresponding strategies.
- Forecast product launches and support materials.
- Contribute to skincare budget planning and continuous cost control.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Initial experience in marketing or product management within the beauty industry, preferably through internships.
- Analytical proficiency with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Passion for strategic marketing development.
- Interest in the latest beauty trends.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Digital proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English.
Initial experience in marketing or product management within the beauty industry, preferably through internships.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
