1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a retail or customer service environment.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the Chanel brand, its history, and product offerings.

A minimum of one year of experience in a related field, preferably within retail or customer service.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.70 to $26.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
