6. Conduct training sessions for different applications.
7. Participate in second-level support, including ticket management and resolution.
8. Apply appropriate project methodologies and communicate expectations to contributors.
9. Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.
10. Supervise project development and report progress.
11. Prepare deliverable validations with business and technical stakeholders.
12. Identify and propose solutions for risks and issues.
13. Define, schedule, and execute testing, ensuring thorough acceptance testing.
14. Analyze test results, resolve issues, and optimize products.
15. Organize production deployment and oversee training and documentation creation.
16. Collect information on potential anomalies or improvement ideas and address these issues.
