1. Support the Fashion Controlling Manager in the preparation and analysis of monthly results, forecasts, and budgets.
2. Monitor the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, identifying variances and key business drivers.
3. Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data in collaboration with the accounting team.
4. Contribute to reporting to the headquarters and the continuous improvement of controlling processes and tools.
5. Ensure compliance with retail procedures.
6. Conduct KPI analysis.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering.
2. Approximately 2 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis, preferably in multinational or luxury/FMCG sectors.

1. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as PowerBI and Power Query.
2. Precision, proactivity, business orientation, and strong collaborative skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines while ensuring high quality standards.
4. Dynamic and proactive mindset with a continuous improvement spirit.
5. Fluent in English.

Approximately 2 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis, preferably in multinational or luxury/FMCG sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering.
