Chanel Junior Embroidery Product Manager

- Oversee the development of the embroidery collection, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints from sample creation to production handover.
- Coordinate the launch of embroidery samples, including managing fabric and component dispatch to embroiderers, updating tracking sheets, and maintaining the collection plan.
- Create and enhance technical documentation throughout the development phase, including embroidery descriptions, nomenclatures, techniques, and photographic records.
- Establish pricing calculations, monitor the collection budget, and contribute to risk analysis and technical solutions.
- Prepare for work meetings with the Studio and internal teams, supporting the Head of the Embroidery Division.
- Conduct sourcing tasks, track development requests and orders, ensure proper archiving and return of samples, and formalize regulatory documentation.
- Support commercial document preparation and the promotion of craftsmanship expertise.
- Assist in maintaining a continuous watch on product lines, including components, materials, trade shows, and visits.
- Promote the 'embroidery craftsmanship culture' within the product category both internally and with manufacturers.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with mechanical embroiderers or industrial embellishment processors, including internships.
- Strong product sensitivity and fashion culture.
- Advanced proficiency in PLM, BI, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in French, English, and Italian.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical embroidery or industrial embellishment environments.
