- Analyze and report on trade and analytics on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis, providing insights to the Ecommerce and broader teams.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to produce presentations for stakeholder meetings, sharing performance insights to drive strategic discussions.
- Oversee and develop the E-Commerce Assistant, enhancing their skills in trade and analytics reporting to support local merchandising strategies.
- Manage the E-Commerce calendar, including digital campaign launches, product activations, and CMS updates, ensuring alignment with marketing, retail, and CRM.
- Drive the success of the e-commerce product assortment, attending buying cycles to forecast new campaigns and initiatives, and maintaining product range by reviewing sales and stock levels.
- Provide regional e-merchandising support for Canada, Ireland, and South Africa, and cross-divisionally across Eyewear E-Commerce and Watches & Fine Jewellery.
- Support the development and execution of online marketing activities to drive e-commerce business, managing key partnerships with digital UX development, SEO, and PPC agencies.
- Lead organic search acquisition efforts, working with the global SEO team and external agencies to implement SEO strategies and maintain site technical health.
- Oversee paid search strategy in partnership with media teams, ensuring optimal campaign performance and conversion.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize campaigns based on site trends and trade activations, ensuring a robust EDM strategy.
- Work with global digital teams to create and implement user experience roadmaps, using data to inform UX tests and improve user journeys and conversion rates.
- Proven experience in e-commerce trade and reporting.
- Strong technical understanding of e-commerce platforms and IT operations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and influence others.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, with experience in Power BI or similar reporting systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in presentation and PowerPoint skills.
Previous experience in e-commerce trade, analytics, and reporting within the luxury fashion or beauty industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
