1. Lead the project management for the implementation of Gifting F&B strategies, including site experience localization, project tracking, and guideline development in coordination with e-merchandising and International Marketing.
2. Oversee the deployment of the RENDEZ-VOUS CHANEL and online services amplification strategy, maintaining and evolving the Rendez-vous Chanel space on Chanel.com.
3. Develop and coordinate initiatives for personalizing the customer experience, consolidating regional requests, and organizing successful case studies within the global 'Personalization' community.
4. Manage UX research needs, centralizing E-Business requirements and monitoring the performance of ongoing and upcoming tests.
5. Execute the animation plan for the Chanel Beauty Book, coordinating with DA, GDS, and regional teams for content development, validation, and publication.
6. Handle Ad Hoc Requests for 'Pages Events' in collaboration with regional, DA, and GDS teams.

1. Master's degree in Business, Digital, or an equivalent field.

1. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
3. Ability to propose innovative solutions and work collaboratively in a team environment.

A minimum of 2 years of significant experience in digital environments is required.
