1. Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and uphold the Chanel brand experience at every touchpoint.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
3. Achieve boutique sales targets and KPI objectives through consultative selling and cross-selling of product categories.
4. Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling, visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
5. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and present collections with impeccable standards of styling and presentation.
6. Support in-store events, private appointments and after-sales services, ensuring confidentiality and a seamless client journey.

1. Previous client-facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality, preferably within premium fashion, accessories or beauty.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on discretion, professionalism and polished presentation.
3. Demonstrable ability to build rapport with VIP and high-net-worth clients and to manage a personal client portfolio.
4. Flexibility to work boutique hours, including evenings and weekends, and to participate in special events or trunk shows.
5. Fluency in Korean is a reasonable expectation for this location; additional language skills are an asset.
