1. Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
2. Scan goods and collect payments.

5. Resolve customer complaints and guide them to the appropriate personnel if necessary.
6. Keep reports of transactions.
7. Process returns and check to see if items are damaged.
8. Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies.

1. Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
2. Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.
3. Strong communication and time management skills.
