- Analyze and classify production data within the ERP system of the Haute Joaillerie workshop.
- Define data exploitation rules and create a comprehensive database of production history.
- Map existing production flows between internal and external resources and piece specifics.
- Collaborate with the Haute Joaillerie Workshop Director and Supply Planning Management to define capacity calculation methods for various production stages.
- Establish load calculation rules for each piece based on industry expertise and historical data.
- Develop a dynamic load calculation tool to anticipate workload fluctuations and propose action plans.
- Provide weekly production plan updates and explain variations.
- Implement calculation of performance indicators such as time tracking versus estimates, jeweler-specific time tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Support the Workshop Director and Chief of Workshop in scheduling operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish tools for tracking the progress of manufacturing orders and performance monitoring indicators.
- Engineering degree or equivalent educational background.
- Initial experience in production planning or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability to changing environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in production planning or supply chain management is required.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
Internship position offering hands-on experience in a prestigious luxury brand environment.
