1. Analyze and classify production data within the ERP system of the Haute Joaillerie workshop.
2. Define data exploitation rules and create a comprehensive database of production history.
3. Map existing production flows between internal and external resources and piece specifics.
4. Collaborate with the Haute Joaillerie Workshop Director and Supply Planning Management to define capacity calculation methods for various production stages.
5. Establish load calculation rules for each piece based on industry expertise and historical data.
6. Develop a dynamic load calculation tool to anticipate workload fluctuations and propose action plans.
7. Provide weekly production plan updates and explain variations.
8. Implement calculation of performance indicators such as time tracking versus estimates, jeweler-specific time tracking, and delivery timelines.
9. Support the Workshop Director and Chief of Workshop in scheduling operations to ensure timely delivery.
10. Establish tools for tracking the progress of manufacturing orders and performance monitoring indicators.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent educational background.
2. Initial experience in production planning or supply chain management.

1. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
2. Strong analytical skills and adaptability to changing environments.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
4. Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in production planning or supply chain management is required.

Engineering degree or equivalent.
