Chanel Jewelry Supply Planning Assistant Intern

- Develop and implement planning tools for the Haute Joaillerie workshop's load and capacity management.
- Analyze and classify production data using the workshop's ERP system.
- Define data exploitation rules and create a comprehensive production database.
- Map existing production flows between internal and external resources.
- Collaborate with the Haute Joaillerie Workshop Director and Supply Planning to define capacity calculation methods.
- Establish charge calculation rules based on industry expertise and historical data.
- Create dynamic tools to project workload against capacity and propose action plans.
- Provide weekly production plans and explain variations.
- Implement indicators for tracking time, delivery, and production performance.
- Support the workshop director and manager in scheduling operations to meet planned delivery timelines.
- Develop tools to monitor production order progress and performance indicators.
- Engineering degree or equivalent educational background.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability to changing environments.
- Ability to lead work sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Previous experience in production planning or supply chain management is required.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
