Chanel Jewelry Supply Chain Planning Intern

- Coordinate and analyze the global jewelry supply chain, reviewing stock performance and distribution in warehouses and boutiques.
- Identify and communicate deviations in KPIs to planners, ensuring optimal stock levels in collaboration with markets and the Merchandising team.
- Contribute to downstream coordination of jewelry product launches, constructing and arbitrating distribution plans.
- Update, create, and analyze Supply Chain KPIs to share results and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate specific stock requests related to marketing, development, and boutique openings.
- Manage upstream and downstream supply chain for jewelry and watch spare parts, coordinating with partners and the upstream after-sales team.
- Develop processes and KPIs necessary for optimizing and monitoring supply chain flows.
- Implement end-to-end supply chain monitoring indicators, from production to boutiques.
- Participate in the optimization and testing of Supply Chain and Business Intelligence systems in collaboration with key users and IT project managers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes in synergy with the Watches Supply Chain team.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school (Master's level).
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge and interest in supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Power BI, ERP, and Anaplan.
- Problem-solving skills with strong analytical capabilities.
- Recognized for rigor, perseverance, autonomy, and interpersonal skills.
A first experience in a corporate environment where proficiency in IT tools was demonstrated is advantageous.
Master's degree in progress from an engineering school.
